At Well-Led Care Ltd, our mission is simple yet powerful: to enrich the lives of our clients. Founded by Lucy Kaguthi, a qualified Mental Health Nurse with over a decade of experience, our services are rooted in compassion, clinical understanding, and a personal commitment to improving lives.
We provide tailored support with toileting and bathing, dressing, medication management, companionship, meal preparation, housekeeping, and help with shopping or errands.
Meet the Founder
Lucy Kaguathi is a UK-based Registered Mental Health Nurse with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals across mental health and community care settings. Her journey into care was deeply personal — shaped by the memory of her grandmother and aunt, both of whom lived with conditions that were misunderstood and poorly managed. Moving to the UK opened Lucy’s eyes to better care models, and she committed herself to making a difference. Well-Led Care Ltd is her vision in action: a service that puts people before process, offering thoughtful, consistent, and enriching care.
